Default u might love it, u might hate it

villain is ur standard TAG, probably 2+2 from his name

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

SB: $233.35
BB: $343.40
UTG: $145.95
Hero (MP): $199
CO: $413.15
BTN: $94

Pre-Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (MP)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $7</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $23</font>, BB folds, Hero calls $16

Flop: ($48) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $40</font>, Hero calls $40

Turn: ($128) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $140</font>, Hero folds

yea or nay? no relevant history b/w us. read his near psb on the flop as an overpair that was concerned about drawiness of the board. only other hands I beat are AKd/AQd and I dunno for sure but I doubt he'd play TT like this.

Meh, thinking about this some more I don't think its that clear cut. I remember the thread by Fonkey where I said I'd shove JJ+ on such a drawy flop. I actually don't hate getting it in on the flop here.

I would shove the flop sometimes, as played I think it's a good fold

i like it . the fd plants the idea of putting a hand like ak diamonds in his range, but i still fold. if its a rainbow board its not even a thought

I wouldn't call the flop if you think the opponent is a standard possibly 2+2 tag (a decent one). And trust me, that pains me greatly.
