villian is LAG and do not like to fold, he ran 37/20/1.6 (flop/turn/river aggression is 3.4/3.75/i) over about 150 hands
I saw these two hands from him earlier, I haven't played any big pots with him, but he has folded some small pots against me, my own stats was something like 17/16/3

flop call is fine, he min raised u and is offering great odds, a 3bet would be to a weird size or big overpush. turn call is good.

as for the river, just no.
