Regardless of what you've been doing, try experimenting. Try calling preflop more frequently than raising. Figure out your opponents' weaknesses. Most likely, you're playing people who will hold on to any piece with a death-grip. Therefore, you need to push any strong hand that connects with the board as hard as possible. A lot of bad players make the most critical mistakes post-flop, so it's sometimes beneficial to just call and see every flop you can and go from there. You should almost never bluff a big pot against players at this level.
Others are more solid and you need to be more aggressive. I hesitate to tell you the exact specific steps that I've found work best because everyone has their own style. Just keep experimenting until your results improve.

Thanks for all of the responses,

These are my stats,
SB:
VPIP: 55.1% PFR:53.7 Wtsd: 31.4% W$SD:51.6 W$WSF: 44.3 AF: 4.8 Flop Cbet%: 83.1

BB:
VPIP: 15.8 PFR:11.3 CC%:13.4 3bet%:12 WTSD:31.5 W$SD:51.8 W$WSF: 35.9 AF: 5.05 Flop CBET%: 99.7

I seem to be hearing that my big leak is that I am playing too much by a set of hard and fast rules, I will try to pay more attention and play the opponent and not my hand
I will be posting a full session either today or tomorrow
I would really like some comments on that pointing out any leaks.

Don't c-bet so much. I used to c-bet at these levels 80%+ of the time and it is actually spewing. Unless I find a guy that folds to them a lot I only c-bet 50-70% of the time. I just moved to the 11's after a good ROI at the $6 turbos and this helped a lot. So many donks call c-bets with nothing that you really want a lot of free showdowns even with middle pair and stuff early on to get a read on them.

I agree that c-betting over 80% of the time is easily exploitable .

Against opponents like this , the check-raise option should be your best friend .
