My plan was to raise AI on safe turn..

I would probably get it in on the flop because too many cards kill your actio on the turn.

You have to aviod the 3 because then your worried about over pairs. 6 or J makes the 89 straight. Diamonds bring the flush.

Get in in on the flop.

Now on the turn its a tough spot. He could show up with 89 or diamonds here still but the min 3 bet on the flop looks like the way a fish plays AA or KK.
