TI will do it as well. The 3/6 mixed often involves freaky varients like Royal Hold'em and even Blind Man's Bluff, especially very late at night.

Binions allowed us a private table for the Ante Up podcast meetup in July. It was a weeknight...

Most rooms will do this if they have idle dealers/tables.

Was just about to say the same thing. Any room, other than a few select ones, are willing to spread any game/limit as long as you bring players to play it. It's not special to any room, even though they all claim it to be some sort of special event.

hollywood park is super delinquent in even starting new hold em games, when there's a good sized wait list. Presumably, it's because a good portion of their wait list wandered off into other games and they don't wanna pull them out, or something. I dunno. They seriously dislike spreading short games in general.
The other day, I was trying to get a rake reduction b/c we were down to 5 players, and the floor responded by breaking my game. NOT COOL FLOORMAN.

If its just with your friends you could just play in the comfort of your own home and save the rake/tips. I don't see a point to playing in casinos with friends, if we're gonna try to take our money we'll do it without having to pay the casino.

I've had Snowball's experience in every room I've played in. I don't know where all these rooms are that start small stakes games short. If you don't have an almost full table ready to go, forget it.
