Just tried it on UB, everything is working. I wonder what it could be???
1. Are you using one database or multiple databases?
2. Try having all filters checked
3. In database setting when you click test connection, do you get “test connection succeeded”?
4. It could also be a trial version issue. Send me a PM, I will get you a test key.

Looks like it was a trial issue, everything appears to be working fine w/ the test key.

Thanks for the help.

I've been able to get FullTilt tables to open but not stars, always says I need to open poker client when starts is already open. Also have not been able to see my PokerTracker stats or players anywhere - I've minded for a long time. Is there a customer support forum or anything?

Top menu in Table Shark; Go to setting, database settings and select your poker tracker database.
