2 different Q's: ICCP ISA certification + PHP/MySQL shopping cart

I'm a college senior, and to graduate we must take a 'senior seminar' class that involves taking the ICCP ISA exam. I did well enough on it (>50%, ooohhh) that I can get a certification for $300. Any opinions on whether or not it's worth the money for that line on the resume?

Also, if anyone has a decent understanding/experience with coding a fairly non-complex web app shopping cart using HTML and PHP with MySQL, shoot me a PM.

for shopping carts, look to precreated cart systems that you can have modified. It should be a lot quicker to get up and running.
