Villain joined table 5 hands ago so no reads. Has not been acting like a maniac.

Fold until you get a better read. This is KK, AA or AK at best.

I disagree with folding. Your 3-bet puts you past the commitment threshold, as you've already put in almost 15% of the effective stacks. Push and enjoy some high variance.

This is really nitty, IMO. We have 15% of the effective stacks in already, and Hero is probably a coinflip:

I fold this readless. Seems at 25NL re-raises clean out most all but AA/KK/AK unless you have a specific read otherwise

Shove - just because it's likely from his bet sizing and the fact he's short that he isn't solid (+ the fact that he's short full stop). But I don't particularly like doing it. It's probably marginal against an unknown. Folding and making a note while you get a read wouldn't be terrible.
