Default 10/20 vs. etizzle

I have a very loose-aggressive image. We've played a bit before, he seems like a solid player with moves. This line is pretty unique...those of you with experience vs. him, what do you make of this, and what is your move?

Poker Stars, $10/$20 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

SB: $2,145
BB: $1,940
Hero (UTG): $2,844.50
MP: $2,617
CO: $1,591
BTN: $2,888

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $80</font>, MP calls $80, 3 folds, BB calls $60

Flop: ($250) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">BB bets $200</font>, Hero calls $200, MP folds

Turn: ($650) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">BB bets $20</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $300</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $900</font>, Hero ???

It seems is range is really small here. he can't have kk/qq and probably not tt. He can have q10/k10/kj/kq or flopped straight or combo draws or semibluff jx. Betting into two others then raising the turn seems awfully strong...

pokerstove this range vs KQ and u will see that u are a big favorite, even against just the madehands u named u are 60:40 fav.

i think 300 is just too small on the turn. its a pretty drawy board and if he had checked (20 is basically a check for me) u would have bet much more than 1/2 pot i guess, to protect your hand, for value whatever.

Also ive played with etizzle and have never seen him do this, so i think it is probably a misclick.
