Default 1/2: Flush draw v. aggro fish oop

I have been relatively inactive on this table for about 50 hands running at 15/10. I like to raise suited connectors utg from time to time and felt with my image this would be a good spot.

Villain is 43/23/3 for 120 hands. i can't remember my exact notes but he is poor. Given villain stats, my image and position is this a good spot to put in a raise?

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2

Hero: $201.10
UTG+1: $270.52
CO: $512.20
Button: $113.75

BB: $472.08

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Call and see if you hit the turn. Villain most likely has a decent hand and probably isn't good enough to fold to a 3Bet. Reraising would just be putting more money in when you have the worst off it.

I'd just call the flop raise in this situation. You've got good odds to call, and since he seems to be an aggro donkey, he'll likely pay you off if you hit.

Like others have said, raising here is a poor play. His range here is pretty much Aces and the occasional air. In my experience, a minraise in position is more likely to be a good hand then a checkminraise from a fish.
