Default Continue firing?

Online FullTilt 30 60 game

I raise KQo UTG+1. Button cold calls, sb folds, bb calls.

Flop 345dd.

I bet, both call.

turn 9c (no club on flop)

is this a bet?

dont know either of them, but considering
A. how much money they had
and
B. cold calling/ how they had played the last orbit id say they were both pretty bad, mostly of the passive bad variety
