I fold pre-flop to his 3bet despite it's tiny size.

Check raise the turn much bigger (like $6.50). Then shoving the turn is about a pot sized bet and I'd probably do it. I'd definitely do it on that turn.

Pre-flop is meh. I usually call weak 3bts, but I think it is a leak. If we weren't suited then I would definitely say fold.

Please check-raise more on flop. We want to encourage villain to fold, not string him along.

As played on turn: If called, I estimate we have little over 30% equity. This is assuming villain calls only with TT+. We would need villain to fold ~34% of the time to make it profitable. I think that is reasonable, so I think this is a +EV shove.

I fold to the 3 bet oop, would call it if I was in position. If I got to the flop, I c/c there and c/r turn big.

Wow, I'm surprised so many people say to fold to a minraise there preflop. Definitely want to hear more about this becaus e it may be a leak of mine.

If it was me, I would check call the flop and check raise the turn. I think your play is +EV because he just called check raise on flop. He most likely folds to this turn push.

Folding preflop is bad imo for 55 more cents. Raise more on the flop, to at least 6.25. Turn is standard, we pick up FE with this lead shove.

I dont think the fact that its a small 3 bet makes a difference pf, but honestly its probably close either way. I fold because the hand is going to be trouble from flop to showdown. You cant look at the direct odds youre getting pf here because I doubt villain is checking down to river. With that said, I still do call pf sometimes but I think its risky because it can lead to a series of mistakes.
