i just flat preflop the first time and fold the second

Just give it up when you're 4bet. If things are wound up enough that it's +EV to get it in here then it isn't really a suitable hand for a message board.

I also usually just call the first time around, although I don't hate the raise against most.

the button limper changes the whole hand, he doesn't 4bet light here and i dont like your 3bet in the first place
