Default Full Tilt Bonus Warning

Like many folks,I received a 300 dollar Bonus offer from FT which required no additional deposit. While I have been playing more on Stars for the FPP benefits (Platinum/Gold Star status), the 300 looked too good to pass up, so I signed up for the bonus.
While playing this past Saturday, I figured I would check my bonus status to see how far I had to go and discovered that no bonus was listed. I wrote to Full Tilt asking that they credit the bonus. They have refused claiming that I did not sign up,even though that was my express purpose in going back to the site. I have made several requests and keep getting boilerplate responses indicating that the bonus period has expired, perhaps because my request as to why the bonus was not reflected was one day after the period did expire even though I signed up inside bonus window. None of the responses indicate that they have read my actual request to apply the bonus for which I timely applied, they simply cut and paste boilerplate, even though I asked that my request be passed along to a supervisor.
It appears that customer service, and perhaps literacy in the English language, has been abandoned at FT, so be careful should you deal with them.

As even a cursory reading of my post would reveal, I was offered the 300 bonus via e-mail and did sign up for it. When I went to check it later, I saw that FT had failed to credit the bonus, which they offered and I signed up for, and asked for the mistake to be corrected.
Perhaps you should actually read a post before responding.

Obviously you should have checked to make sure you got it after you claimed it. Mine was instant.

How is this a warning? Sounds more like a bad beat...

Yes it sucks that support never responds directly to all facts presented in emails to them. Can't argue with you there.

I think everyone here checked their bonus account immediately after requesting the bonus and saw it there.

BTW your original post makes it sound like you failed to claim it in the software.

How long did you play before you decided to check your bonus status? You should have done that before you even started playing to see if it was there in the first place.

jk makes a good point... sounds likely that OP hit "Check my bonus offer" in the menu, then didn't hit the little request button that popped up with it.
