Default Holds

I'm in a fantasy baseball league this year that counts holds as a category for the first time. I think it's retarded. I kind of know what a hold is, but I don't know the specific rules that gets you one. Do I draft setup men? Who do I want at the top of my list?

You get a hold if you enter the game in a save situation but don't finish the game or be awarded the win. Obviously if you are in a league that awards holds, you need to draft a couple of strong setup guys. Kyle Farnsworth and Bob Howry are strong choices. Also, look around for guys who were closers who are now setup men. Those can be hit or miss at times but are generally good ways to go.

Auction or snake draft? How many teams? How many starters at each position?
