i've got this tiny birthmark on my cheek, near about where marilyn monroe had her mole. girls think it's sexy.

what makes me stupid is that everytime i look in the mirror, i'm genuinely suprised and shocked that i have a birthmark on my face. each time i think, 'how long have i had that?' and it takes me a moment to remember that, oh yeah, i was born with it.

Many years ago I saw a commercial for a pasta company. There were old Italian ladies harvesting spaghetti off trees for a giant feast. Made perfect sense to me for a moment.

Then I realized spaghetti doesn't grow on trees.
