hra146, do you play on stars? I'm really curious to see if there's really a big difference in the average player between the two sites.

I play on stars. If you go through the ten possible filters in my tourney manager the only losing graph you will see is the one labelled as "FTP only"

I dont know, the general consent seems that stars is a little tougher (+ you get less matches an hour) but I just cant seem to win on FTP.
I may try it again in the near future though.

I agree with what pathjeffrey said:

What im trying to say is that information at stars is cheaper, [...]to [...]give the good player that avoids marginal situations early on a bigger edge at stars than it does on ftp.

[/ QUOTE ]
Sometimes I find myself facing an opponent which style simply has an edge over mine. Now let`s say I`m left with about 1000-1200 chips but have a very good chance to win the match because I`m able to ajust before the blinds become too big.

@TNixon:
Of course there has to be a difference between the players on ps and ftp. It`s because of the different blind structure . But I don`t know if the average villain on ftp is weaker or stronger than on ps.
