Re: Best book for tilt, controlling your emotions, and your money.
Zen and the Art of Poker is usually recommended for this. The Psychology of Poker could also be of great help. The author of The Pshychology of Poker, Dr. Alan Schoonmaker has also contributed many articles on the subject to Card Player magazine and Two Plus Two Internet Magazine. A list of his articles from Card Player can be viewed here. His articles from Two Plus Two Internet Magazine may no longer be available here on the site, but I'm certain that he'd consider sending to them to you if you were to PM him.

Re: Best book for tilt, controlling your emotions, and your money.
The problem with tilting is that it's a highly personal and subjective matter but is extremely important to playing winning poker over the long-term. The fact that everyone is so different makes it difficult to write a how-to manual on it, but we talk about it at length in our soon-to-be-finished book. Thinking properly about the game can go a long way to thinking about tilt, and this is one of the things I'm most pleased about in this book. I think you will get a lot out of it.
