Default Noob alert...do I call???

Party $25 PLO/8
Hero has $95
Villain has $40

$11.40 in pot on turn. Hero first to act with two opponents.

Any 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 or 8 (21 outs) gives me the nut low. I have no chance to win the high.

Hero checks, check, villain bets $11.40...

I can't figure out if or why I call or fold here. Please help.

I lean to 'no' because I'd be betting $11.40 to draw at a chance to win $11.40 (even less because of the rake). And I have about a 50% chance of making the low...and even then I might get quartered.

Am I on the right track here?

Well the problem is this, you will be calling $11.40 on the turn and most likely $30 on the river to hopefully win half the pot. So you're going to be risking $41 to win
$47 and that's if you don't get quartered. In that nightmare scenario you would be risking $47 to win $23.50.

So, considering that you're getting 0.85-1 on your money I think you have to lay this down. Unless there is a FD on the board that could complete on the river. Then you have yourself a nice bluffing opportunity with the nut low for backup should you get called.
