50NL08 Full ring, top 2 + nut low draw

Was playing some full ring no limit today, usually play 6 max, had this hand which would appreciate thoughts on. Is my line standard? Is there anyway I can call this river?? (I mean the low and flush draws both missed, is there any chance he could be bluffing??) All comments and thoughts appreciated
