1) Call the damn police. This is not a trivial amount of money we are talking about here. He is looking at serious prison time. It doesn't matter that you were gambling underage at Commerce. CALL THE POLICE.

2) Speak with his family and have the police do so as well

3) Have the police speak with the mods about his IP address so they can trace it.

The guy is pretty dumb. He let you know who he was; there is no way he is getting away with this if you are dilligent.

If grim does go to the police, what consequences would he face for underage gambling?

Plus, if he has all this guys info and knows part of his family, wouldn't it be possible for grim to track the guy down himself without the police?

he should absolutely consult a lawyer, but if it was in new jersey he would have a local court date and a fairly trivial fine (~1k)

Man I ran over some kid in my car in H.S. after he robbed me for a 1/2 ounce. I cant imagine what i would do if someone got me for 130k. Wait yeah I can. Also I think this is probably not a true story.

There is something I have noticed that effectively proves this is all a joke.

Grimstarr posts, ric delays days before replying and the way in which he replies is clearly lacking in any real emotion (desperation or anger).

But now Grimstarr has not replied even though, if his was money was really stolen and he thought it was ric, a friend would have told him what's going on (ric's post) and there would be a reply.

Their pauses and the tone of their language prove this is a joke without a shadow of a doubt. He would of called the police (even if he was underage)

A+ for effort but it is 1000% made-up.
