Default Poker Tracker Stats for full ring?

Hello,

Sorry if this has been brought up a billion times...

What should a good player expect his stats to be or the numbers you shoot for?

Thanks!

It has been brought up a billion times, and thinking to much about trying to get your stats into a certain range is the wrong way to think about poker. Then again, it's never bad to try and see where you're at I guess. Most winning players at full ring are probably between 22-13 vpip, and most prob raise 7-16% of their hands.

Personally I think that the sweet spot is right about in the middle of all of that, but I'm sure many will disagree.

If you're really good then probably around 19/16 or so. However, if you're really good then you wouldn't have asked this question.

I'm at 25/10 and was being called a huge fish...terrible player...etc in an unrelated thread when it came up.

Just thought I'd ask where I 'should' be.

Thanks a ton.

See above, I'm not really too worried about the numbers but I think this is something I should know.

unless you're great postflop then its going to be a little tough to win without bringing the vpip down and/or the pfr up. You can still beat microstakes with this, but if you get to NL200 or above you're gonna get smoked in all likelihood.

Excellent, thanks for the advice.

I thought my vpip was a little high and pfr was a little low.

I don't think he meant that your pfr should come up, but rather, if you're going to have a vpip that high, then it needs to be off of raises, not limps/calls. Your pfr is about right, just don't call so often preflop.
