Default AA. When is enough enough?

A little background on this player.

He is a Borgata regular (Swami, for those who are interested) and has been drinking. He's better than average, he knows how to fold, knows how to raise. He's tight, aggressive, but I dunno if he's TAG. He definitely respects my game and we've tussled a little bit this session.

I have AA in the SB.

MP raises, I make it trey, Swami caps it from the BB, we all call.

Flop of 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I check, Swami bets, MP calls, I C/R, he treys, MP folds, I cap.

Turn: J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I bet, he raises, I call.

River: K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I check, he says "I'm afraid you might be checking to check-raise, but you know me, Adam, and I can't leave any money on the table" and fires.

My move?

Anything other than calling terrible?

If my calculations are correct there are 13.5 BB's in the pot. We need to win this one time in about 13 or 14 times at the river here just to break even. Once in a while we will pick this up. But as many have said...you are probably beat. I think you are probably beat here. But I think you need to call on the end here. I would be curious to know the results.

From SSHE Page 202: " Even if you are almost sure that you are beaten, when the pot is large on the river, do not fold decent hands for one bet. "

Call. Honestly if he knows what he's doing he's either got the other 2 aces or 2 of the 3 remaining kings. That gives you a 25% chance to chop I reckon....

Jacks?
Anyway it is just a call. If he has QQ good for you that's why you called.

I think you're wicked beat. It's probably wrong to do so, but I think I could fold this in my live game. I'm just saying.

Call and expect to lose.
