Are we talking relative to people who think sites are rigged? If so, pretty smart!

Hm. I deposited a check 4/6, I don't remember the name on it. It showed as cleared on 4/9, and I withdrew some $.

But I just checked my account online, to double check before I wrote a reasurring post, and the numbers don't add up. its showing a positive account balance but a negative "available" balance. Will definitely call my bank tomorrow and check it out.

No need to panic, I've been doing this for many years, and have always gotten paid. WSEX has done a good job by me so far.

best,

zooey

That type of thing never happened anywhere in a poker world.
I'm pretty sure of that. Never. Ever. Anywhere else.
They've been waiting for you to come to show something new to a poker community.

uh oh zooey. That sounds like exactly what happend with my check. I deposited on 4/6 and then around 4/10 I suddenly noticed when I checked online that I had a negative avaliable account balance, but still a positive account balance (and then I went to wells fargo to find out what happened and they told me the check was returned insufficient funds)

Where is WSEX GM to answer these questions? I think they had an issue with their processor before and, while I'm confident they will do what it takes to make good to players, a site shouldn't have checks bouncing. I personally trust them with a decent amount and have no money elsewhere online anymore, but would like to hear what is going on.

There was a hiccup last week because of a banking holiday that caused one of the transfers to get there late. The processor's US account that the checks are drawn on is now solvent again. (The processors are keeping as little money in US accounts as possible. Any one of these accounts can be shut down and frozen any given day without notice. So they move money into them on a daily basis as needed.)

WSEX will take care of any fees incurred by their customers whether the processor reimburses them, (which they said they would), or not.
