Dating advice: Does this girl like me and what next? (tldr)

Short version: This cute girl I just met flirts a lot and might be a tease. My friends get in the way since they like her too. Her step-sister is a big uptight and gets in the way. We've only hung out twice, the last being last night. She wants me to come see her at church today. What's my move?

I recently moved to San Diego a few weeks ago so I don't know a whole lot of people here, especially not too many chicks. I met these girls a few weeks ago. I was at church with a friend and she keeps looking at me and smiling. I go over, talk to her and meet her roommates.

Girl #1: Melissa, 26 years old, about 5' 4" and an mix so she has that natural tan look. I think she's gorgeous. She's petite, between a b-cup and c-cup. But she has a smile and way about her that makes me want her.

Girl #2: Ashley. 22 years old. She's Melissa step-sister, she's a bit pale (like me), her teeth have an annoying looking gap that bugs me. I guess I don't like her that much. She's in school getting her masters in teaching. She's 5' 8" and skinny.

Girl #3: Jennifer A fat chick that is their 3rd roommate.

First meeting: At church, I introduce them to the friend I went with, get all 3 of their numbers and chat a bit about what they like to do and decide that we should go to the beach sometime.

Second meeting: A week after I met them, I call the skinny girl, Ashley (I like to show attention to the less hot girls to make the hot girl jealous) and she and Melissa come to the beach. I setup a volleyball net, bring a cooler full of beer and the friend they met plus another friend Kevin. Melissa is a real girl's girl and just watches us play volleyball. But she does drink and go swimming. One of my friends hits on her most of the night but nothing comes of it. I talked to her a little and was fairly mean to her most of the time.

Third meeting: 2 weeks later I'm with Kevin again downtown and call Melissa and ask her what's she doing. She meets us with both Ashley and Jennifer at a bar with a band playing. We later go to a club and I dance with both the fat chick (Jennifer) and the hot one (Melissa). Ashley is stuck up and won't dance with either of us guys.

I spend a lot of the night shifting between being mean and flirting with Melissa. The key signs: A couple times I went off by myself just to take a break and both times she came over and dragged me out to dance with her. Later she said her feet hurt and sat down and put her head on my shoulder and asked me to massage her feet. The problem was my friend was also hitting on her and he comes and sits down next to her too. Plus her step-sister was acting as a cockblock.

We ended up going back to their place, but since both of us guys wanted the same girl I decided there would be a better spot to make a move and we left. When we left I hugged both Ashley and Jennifer and walked out the door. Melissa says "what I don't get one? and comes up and kisses me on the cheek." She tells me to come to church tomorrow (now today) and she'll be there.

I was thinking of not going to church today where again my friends and her friends will be there and instead call her monday and try to get her to come out by herself.

Why worry? If she isn't interested, you just move on.

You just meet these young women and you're already runnning game? I.E. show the less hot girl attention to get the other jealous...
There are two problems with this:
1. It is potentially unscrupulous and
2. It is out of your league (scruples aside) if you're asking OOT for advice. Don't try any advanced maneuvers when you're unclear on the basics.

Secondly, what is the problem here? The only one playing games and being a tease is you. That, 'when a boy is mean to you it means he like likes you!!!1!!'
Look, the only problem you have is that the grade school [censored] probably won't fly. To be honest, if I was this girls friend i'd tell her to steer clear. You do sound a bit creepy.
