Default NL25: Bottom-Set always going broke or can we lay it down on flop?

Villains very first hand. Can we get away from that hand? Call-Raise wrong line on the flop? As played im lost in this spot ...

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $6.50
BB: $40.85
UTG: $29.80
Hero (MP): $32.80
CO: $20.00
BTN: $23.40

Preflop: Hero is dealt 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.00</font>, CO calls $0.75, BTN folds, SB calls $0.90, BB folds

Flop: ($3.25) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $1.50</font>, Hero calls $1.50, <font color="red">CO raises to $4.50</font>, SB calls $3.00, <font color="red">Hero raises to $10.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises all-in to $19.00</font>, SB calls all-in for $1.00, Hero ???

As played hero calls with fistpump action.

Seriously though, this is two pair so much more often than it is the straight. Villain also just posted his BB from the CO, so I definitely discount him as a player and expect him to stack off light here.

Bet and raise!

I raise the flop. The board is drawy; let's get value out of our hand while we still can.

Raise after the small blind's bet, raise all in after the CO's raise, as played instacall.
