Default LC - Party Monster Thread

1) Will you play the Party Monster Tourneys?

2) Will they harm your ROI (at the normal SnGs because all the fish will play them)?

3) Are they any good but for PP itself?

4) Other comments on behalf of Monster Series?

I plan to play the Weekly and Monthly and Final ones, it looks like PartyPoints get you into the Weekly ones or I'll play some qualifiers, and if I can't place in one of the Weeklies to get into the Monthly then I suck, same thing for Monthly vs. Final.

No reports of that yet.

Well these look like a huge transfer of equity

FROM semi-pro mid-stakes cash players who 1.) pay more rake 2.) may have to miss any freerolls for which they qualify 3.) suck at MTTs

TO fully professional STT/MTT experts like, um, myself I suppose.

For all we complain about Party somehow they keep managing to bring the fishies in, faster than we can bust them. So I have to think this promotion will continue to accomplish that goal. That said, it's a shame some cash game pros are getting r*ped in the process.
