A couple of simple ones
Villain is 28/22/3.5 over ~50 hands. No other reads. Co is a typical loose short stack fish.

Re: A couple of simple ones
Hand 1 is standard.
Hand 2: I'd probably fold the river. I also may 4bet PF because Blizzy 3bets me quite a bit and it is BTN vs blinds but a call is definitely fine here. |

Re: A couple of simple ones
I'd fold flop in hand 1. He has at least AK a reasonable amount of the time.

Re: A couple of simple ones
Folding flop in hand 1 is standard, especially if you already got a caller. He might have 54, but let him have this one.
Hand 2, I understand the flopcall, but I'd let it go on the river. I think he missed his c/r on the turn. |

Re: A couple of simple ones
1- is good. i doubt he's [censored] around with AJ or somethign like that.
2- ehhh...i dont know. seems like a pretty nasty spot to bluff since you've already sortve told him that you have a medium hand that wants to typically get to SD. could he be v-bing AJ here? given his bet sizing, i think you are toast alot here. |

Re: A couple of simple ones
Hand 1 looks good may be a little more on flop though.
Hand 2, river is a fold. I'm planning to call one bet after the flop hits. |

Re: A couple of simple ones
Agree with all posters, I dont see him bluffing on the river with the QQ hand. But I could be wrong.

Re: A couple of simple ones
Ye I pretty much agree w/ what everyone is saying.
The reason I called river in hand 2 was that QQ was quite high up in my range of hands an I was getting a nice price an I would get some gd info against a reg. Folding is prolly better though. |
