It does not look like you can withdraw straight to a bank account with it.

Withdrawing Funds from Full Tilt Poker to MyWebATM

MyWebATM functions like a full online bank account, which means that you can easily withdraw funds from your Full Tilt Poker player account to your MyWebATM account. These funds can then be transferred back to your personal bank account or used at thousands of stores and ATMs around the world with your physical MyWebATM card.

I read the overview on the account setup process, and it is definitely very detailed. Apparently includes Mother's Maiden Name, prior recent addresses, Social Security Number, and more!!! All for a brand-new company in Panama!

Now that funding poker is "going underground," we get to deal with small companies with no established reputation. This outfit may be legit, maybe ePassporte is legit too. But some decent people who just want to lay $10 on some football game are gonna get taken by one of these type of places.

Yuck. Still weighing what to do. A man, a plan, a canal, Panama!

All the payment processors are officially located overseas. Neteller in the isle of mann & FirePay I think is in Ireland, for example. It's obvious why they're set-up this way.

Any payment processor that's available currently or in the past, would require all the personal details before allowing a hook-up to a bank account.

Think about it for a moment, would you really want it to be simple and without verification?

I don't know anything about mywebatm, however I commend any company that comes up while others are too scared to continue.

Hopefully FTP and whoever else that use these guys can cover the fees in and out like they've done in the past.

Online poker will never go away in America and there will always be companies around to process the money and host the games. It's a 6 Billion dollar industry, the majority of that generated by Americans.

Money talks my friends.
