Default NL100: Set of 4s on very drawy board

Villain is 16/8/1 over 1200 hands, 700 at NL100, rest at NL50. He is losing in the hands I have on him, at (5.3) ptbb.
I'm running at 14/10 so far at this table.

My PF call is questionable, misread raisers stack to be honest. Oh well...
Is checking this river ok, thought FD was in his range here but wasn't really completely sure about his range...
Results later perhaps, all comments appreciated.

Fold river as played.

I probably lead river though.

I'd bet more on the flop 10ish. I hate checking the river....but I don't really want to call a shove if we bet and villain pushes.

Against a passive-trappy player you can bet river for $25-30, still get called by plenty of worse, and fold to a shove.
