So at hollywood park, unless you are playing middle limits or higher limit games, you have to run over to a computer to print out a voucher for whatever you order. This can be pretty inconvenient. I think it would be much better if you were allowed to pay the waitress in cash, and then take your receipt + a voucher to the cage and get reimbursed.
Better still would be if the waitresses were able to scan your card for you.

Do any casinos do this?
