Just pot the turn (or bet 2/3 pot if that's your standard bet). Villian's usually either got a weak made hand (like J5) that will fold, a weak draw that will fold, or a mid-strength draw that's behind. Occasionally, you'll get C/Red or something, but I wouldn't worry too much about that against a 70/1/1.

As played, fold the river. 70/1/1s will usually bet <1/3 pot or >2/3 pot when they're bluffing. 1/2 pot on the river is almost always a real hand. High wrap and combo draw are completely consistent with his flop and turn play.
