Default High cards, low flops

I find myself in lots of LAG 6-handed limit tables where players always attempt to steal on the button, when I pick up a hand from the blinds in this situation which may be high cards I elect to reraise sometimes and flat call sometimes, a mix of both. However, it seems at low limits like no matter what I can never push out that raiser with bets postflop and they will call down ne pair regardless or push real hard with low cards on board. Can I get some advice on how to play hands like QJ or so from the blinds against LAG Calling Stations attempting to steal.
