You have never seen him on TV because he is so good he has been banned from playing. It says so right on the backs of his books.

I am pretty sure he was the first to write a really bad book on hold'em (Winners Guide to Texas Hold'em, 1997). That's got to be worth something.

I made the mistake of buying Ken Warren Teaches THE. Amazing how bad his book was. "Warren has been asked by several Las Vegas poker rooms to skip their tournaments..." out of sympathy probably.
