Stars 10+R, 55k changes....????

I haven't played at all in November and may try and play more in December. One tourney I used to try and play on occasion was the 10.00 rebuy at 10.

Was just poking around and pulledup the lobby and was surprised to see 10min levels, 2k in chips, 2k rebuys and a 4k addon.

When did this change?

What are the implications?

Why?
