Default ONLINE GAMBLING ILLEGAL

Simply question:

Say I make millions of dollars playing poker in the U.S.A. from my home. Isn't the government going to want to put me in jail? It's illegal isn't it!

Umm, poker is rigged. How are you going to make millions of dollars if the sites robots are stealing all your blinds and stuff?

I have a feeling you're not going to make millions of dollars playing poker.

I love these [censored] idiots. It's like my stupid friend who argues with me that online gambling is illegal. I keep telling him no it's not, people play on TV ARE SPONSORS FOR SITES THEY PLAY AT. But this is a guy too paranoid to even have a beer in his car thinking he'll go to jail. Even if he's not the one drinking it and hasn't had a drop.

Granted that is being paranoid, but many states have laws prohibiting open containers of booze in a moving car, so yes it is technically illegal. But the odds of runner-runner (getting pulled over) and (going to jail for it) are slim.

One is used by normal people and the other is used by witches, so what are you trying to say?
