Confusion over Krishan/Jacobs 6max book
Amid the buzz over 2+2's new written coverage of shorthanded LHE, little has been said of this book.
It has a target date of July and a page count of 308pp. As you can see, the authors are listed on the cover are Borer, Mak, and Tanenbaum. But Amazon and other sources can't seem to agree on whether this is or is not the work of Byron Jacobs and 2+2's Krishan Leong. Do we have any press releases or speculation as to the contents of this project? Will it be able to carve out a niche with Stox/Zobags and Sucker/Zee books tackling the same topic? Most significantly, who wrote it? |

Re: Confusion over Krishan/Jacobs 6max book
The authors of this book are as given on the cover. I was originally planning for this book to be by Krishan and myself but Krishan has pulled out.
Meanwhile I will be writing How Good is Your Limit Hold em? 2: Short handed play. This will be published in July/August this year. Obviously both books will concentrate on short-handed limit play but the structure will be quite different and they should complement each other well. |

Byron, that is excellent. I loved HGIYLH and can't wait for the one on shorthanded games.
Thanks |

Byron,
Thanks for clearing the air. That's great news about HGYLHE 2. Have you read a manuscript of the Tanenbaum book? |

Re: Confusion over Krishan/Jacobs 6max book
There will be 2 books due out from DB Publishing one stated in this thread and another book solely from Baryy Tanenbaum. If you check the db website and download the list of books due out it gives a brief describtion of each.

i'm sorry to hear it. not that i don't think you're incapable of putting out more quality work but it's inspiring to see 2p2ers grow into authors good luck, bbbushu |
