When having problems like this I would fall back to IP addresses and remove the potential problem that something may have created an entry to your hosts file that redirects that site to a diff number.

Is there a reason you have IIS running on your machine? I can't imagine turning it off will make a difference but if you aren't serving web pages you probably don't need it running.

I dont think either of us are running iis that is the strange part , and our host files have been checked. Im to the point now that I want to buy a new pc

well if you're that desperate why not try a format before buying a new PC?

I have the same problem. I do have intermittent access to Mansion's cashier and web site however. Eliminating the www from Mansion links helps somewhat, but I still can't usually log into my account even when I see the web site.
