Default MSG CHIPS

I just had a bag of Tim's Johnny's seasoning chips and this johnny's seasoning salt [censored] is just salt with MSG!!!!

it was tasted good, but what are my worries?

MSG is fine. A small number of people have reactions to it, but other than that its all good.

MSG is in pretty much all junk food. Look at the label for Doritos or anything like that and you'll see MSG. It's pretty surprising how much stuff it's in actually.

And the vast, vast majority of those reactions are people who get headaches.
