Default How to prepare for intense physical workouts?

Timeframe: 2-3 weeks (probably 3)

I am pledging for a frat and its a semester long process. I'm about 5' 8" and 175 so not in very good shape (not much muscle is in that weight). The process is basically a LOT of intense physical stuff, such as push-ups over and over and over. No long-distance running as far as I know.

I want to be as ready for this as possible, what should I do?

I am willing to invest in some drugs if they are safe and very effective/worth taking.

Eat healthy foods to balance out the gallons and gallons of delicious beer you will surely drink.

This may seem too easy, but start doing a bunch of weird frat style exercises now. Do 50 pushups a day for the next 3 weeks. Carry a full keg 100 yards and back. You obviously have some idea what your gonna have to do, so start doing it. You aren't gonna drop enough weight in 3 weeks to make any difference, but you can condition your arms.

Exactly. Start doing whatever it is that you will be doing for the initiation.
