Default pokertracker advice

I'm currently running through a 10+ bi downswing at 50nl, so I am taking a week off to evaluate my play. I am not sure but I vaguely remember seeing a thread about analyzing poker tracker data, or am I not remembering correctly? I tried searching, so if it exists I would appreciate a link. If it doesn't, any suggestions on where/how to start looking at PT numbers for leaks would be great
