Public Service Announcement?

I made a post in OOT, I assume it was deleted. I'm trying to contact a dude cause he's hooked up with a Cambodian girl that

fuggit long story. Is there anywhere on 2+2 I can post public service announcements? I thought it was good OOT material, especially since I asked the open question about how to take revenge on a not nice Cambodian women, think of the possibilities!

righto, I'm assuming the answer to my question was because of the revenge thingy, and my orignal post was ok, but my second post in the thread was not

It's not like she counts as a real human anyway (she's Cambodian!!)

as a side note however if I hadn't used the word 'revenge' and asked something retarded like "okay I can go there, wat's my play??" would that be acceptable? If I had a roommate who stole my toothpaste and I wanted to asked how to take revenge is that ok?
