How does this look, especially pf ?

your thinking behind capping preflop was to force out the 3rd player? it's not very likely to happen.

I just call preflop. we have good relative position to use the pf 3better to protect our hand on a favourable flop.

I don't like the flop raise. SB is showing a TON of strength leading into an OOP 3better and a capper. the pot is huge and maybe we're ahead so I don't fold, but our raise here is not for value or protection.

i don't mind the pf cap. it doesn't have to fold out JTo very often to be profitable.

flop play is bad, as mentioned.
