Default Need help! How do I use the FTR hand convertor?

I can't see any instruction on that site.

I select 2+2, then copy paste a hand history into the input box, then click convert hand.

Which brings up a server error message.

So what is the obvious part i'm missing?

Thanks tried that as well, although couldn't get that to work either.

Got this message "0 hands converted in 0.0177 seconds. There were 1 errors."

Copy paste HH into text box hit convert = no success for me

PM me the HH you are trying to convert.

The hand history I was trying to convert was copy/pasted from an email.

This morning I tried copy/pasting from a text file and it worked first time.

I wonder if there is extra lines of text added in, which causes it not to work. Maybe the format of the text is the problem with the email HH.
