As played: Call. But you should bet/fold this flop for something like 0.20-0.25

Your flop bet is entirely too small... always think of your bet sizes as a fraction of the pot. There's almost never a reason to bet less than half the pot, because it doesn't accomplish anything. You're only making it easier for opponents to read you while pricing them in to suck out on you.
