Cano for Alou - fair fantasy baseball trade?

Nomar, Carlos Delgado, Russel Martin, Aaron Hill, BJ Upton, Scott Rolen, Robinson Cano, Magglio Ordonez, Carlos Beltran, Alex Rios, Gary Matthews Jr, Adrian Gonzolez, Edgar Renteria

Cano (who hasn't done anything) for Moises Alou... my more dire need is another infielder I guess, should I hold out for more or take what I can get for this bum?

Of my first basemen (Nomar, Carlos Delgado, Adrian Gonzalez) I can only play 2 maximum, (1 at 1b 1 at util), who do you think I should try to deal and what should I expect for him?

nomar should never start. trade for pitchers. your pitching roster makes me physically ill.

Delgado's been a bum and I just picked Gonzalez off waivers like yesterday... my pitching staff is awful I know, that's mostly why I'm 2nd to last in the league... and lack of HRs

ok... I don't need Cano, I have 2 guys (Aaron Hill & BJ Upton) who can play 2nd base who are doing better than Cano... what should I be going for, what do you think he's actually worth?
