This is the first time they're dragging their feet with my withdrawals. The withdrawal shows as "Authorized", but still it's pending.

I was issued a check from the group of checks that bounced. I haven't received my replacement check yet, but Ultimate Bet just called me (without me contacting them first) letting me know it has been sent out and I will receive it within 5 business days.

Can't imagine any possible reason why processing should take so long, other than they or the check processor is earning interest. Yes, I'm signing up for ePassporte, but I'm also bailing from UB (requested the balance of my funds Friday via Bank Wire; I think the chances of the random (FU U.B.) security check are 80%.

$2200 Cashout approved May 3rd. STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED.
Repeated e-mails to customer service with 3 day delay in response time!
Requested a stop payment. 4 days and still nothing.
Recieved this e-mail:

Thank you for contacting us regarding your withdrawal id 1000400409, for the amount of $2200, which was completed on May 3rd with DF TraceID: XXXXXXX.

We will issue a stop payment on the original draft and return the funds to your Ultimatebet account.

Once we receive confirmation from our bank that the check has been successfully cancelled, your Ultimatebet account will be adjusted accordingly.

Thank you for your patience while we process your request.

I wish to further inform you that we recently decided to change processors once again, because we, nor our customers were satisfied with the efficiency of the previous check processor.

In general, with this new processor, delivery on new checks issued from May 23rd is to take 7-10 business days rather than 2-6 weeks.

It is our sincerest expectation that we will mutually be satisfied with this new processing service.

Epass seems to be the way to go; although, it sucks to only be able to cash $600/day back to my bank from Epass and pay $2/transfer. Anyone had success getting Epass limits raised significantly higher than $600/day?

just a side question how long does it normally take for the funds to get to your bank from epassporte?

Making a smaller cashout since i want the money quick and from what i gather seems like smaller cashouts are getting less hassle (but not always). Wonder why that is (may not necessarily even be UB's fault).
