BB was loose-passive. Do I have FE on the turn to push? How does BTN calling all-in affect my line? Thanks.

bad push.

I think checking and taking the free river card is the best play. As you said, BB is loose-passive meaning he'll call down, raise(only with a made hand), and rarely fold.

Looks like you are spewing.

have to take a free card here, you likely need to improve to win the pot anyway given the all in player. It isn't worth risking your stack to secure the 1.50 side pot.

Turn is a pretty bad push, because if villain folds you only win an near empty side-pot (w00h00!) and still have to showdown vs button.

Your draw is OK but you should've checked behind the to get a free card and get away from your hand on the river if you don't improve. You're not getting called by hands you are (far) ahead of, but there is a chance you are getting value from villain if you do hit the river.
