25NL - villian bets into me when board pairs

I've played 5+ orbits with this villian. Villian is loose PF, and aggressive when he has something postflop. But he's capable of bluffing. Can I call his turn bet?

what an annoying hand. against this player i think i call but am not real happy about it. i think it is very unlikely villain has an 8 as he would probably c/r all in on the turn to look like he missed his draw and get you to continue betting. KT is probably getting in on the flop. i feel like you have to be ahead of his range with the way this hand was played. results?

Villain is so short-stacked that you're pretty much pot-committed when you raise the flop.
