I just deleted my entire db and this is my first session for a week or so. Should i put in a raise here somewhere?

Hm, dont know what to make of the pot-sized donk bet. I'd raise it up on the flop as that board is soaking wet. As played those tiny turn and river bets look like a made flush betting for value, maybe even trying to induce you to read weakness and shove over top.
